Module 1:
Work Patterns & Career Check-In

We start by understanding how you currently operate at work and where it comes from.
We look at patterns in how you take responsibility, show up in meetings, and manage your workload so you can see clearly what’s actually driving your day-to-day experience.

Module 2:
Role Clarity: What Stays and What Doesn’t

We define what is truly your responsibility and what isn’t.
You’ll learn how to stop absorbing work that shouldn’t sit with you, and how to assess decisions (including worst/best case scenarios) without overthinking or defaulting to doing more.

Module 3 & 4: Targeted Work on Your
Real Situations

These sessions are tailored to where you need the most change right now.

We focus on a many of the following areas, depending on your needs:

    How to contribute clearly, handle interruptions, and make your point land

    Moving from execution to stronger positioning (technical vs strategic)
