We meet 1:1 (online) to work through a structured path on relevant topics, tailored to your situation.

Career Check-In + Timeline
Analysis of your current work situation, focusing on the highs and lows of your career so far and analysing the reasons behind every moment where satisfaction went higher or decreased.
Module 2:
Values & Strengths in the workplace
Reflection on workplace values and non-negotiables & analysis of your current strengths (spot new strength never considered before, energy check, CV/LinkedIn translation into simple sentences, how to talk about them with more confidence).
Module 3:
Initial Skills Assessment & Boundaries Reset
Analysis of the tasks, habits, and hidden expectations in your current role that drain your energy, then turning them into realistic boundaries and communication tools you can practise in real life (setting clear boundaries when it comes to “favours” to others, hours spent at the office etc..)
Module 4:
Career Direction & Work Needs: Clarify What’s Next For You
This is the part where we’ll apply all the previous topics, using them to spot resistance to leaving or staying in your role, and using the 5Ps (People, Place, Position, Project, Payoff) to build a filter for future decisions. We’ll identify initial career options (same role in the same company, different role in the same one, different one in a new one etc...).
Module 5:
Career options deep dive: simple tools to help you decide what’s worth exploring next
Practical exploration of shortlisted career paths (stay vs. exit or pivot). Testing how feasible they are and drafting your stay or exit or pivot strategy.
Module 6:
30-Day Reset Plan
Creating a clear 30-day plan to support you after the program’s end, with concrete steps, including one new confidence habit and one communication tool, to put your insights into practice

The goal is not job-hopping, it’s sustainable growth and meaningful contribution.
